These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Sitting Pretty Agency’s website and services. By using our services or site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Sitting Pretty Agency provides done-for-you LinkedIn management, engagement, and social-selling services. Each client’s deliverables and scope are outlined in their service agreement.
We may update our processes or tools at any time to improve quality or compliance.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and required access.
Maintain an active LinkedIn account.
Respond promptly to communications.
Refrain from sharing internal systems, templates, or SOPs.
Failure to cooperate may affect results and void any guarantees.
4. Confidentiality
All client information remains confidential. Sitting Pretty Agency will not share or disclose client data except to authorised personnel or as required by law.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in your contract or invoice.
All fees are non-refundable once services begin.
Payment plans must be completed in full.
Late payments may pause delivery.
6. Performance Guarantee
We guarantee a 100% increase in reach within 28 days, provided:
Onboarding is fully completed.
No LinkedIn restrictions or external issues interfere.
We do not guarantee sales or revenue beyond agreed deliverables.
7. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, SOPs, and templates remain the property of Sitting Pretty LLC. Clients receive a limited licence to use deliverables for their own business. Redistribution is not allowed.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses.
Platform or technical issues outside our control.
Missed opportunities or lost revenue beyond agreed scope.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice if the other breaches these Terms. All unpaid balances remain due upon termination.
10. Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation
Clients and contractors agree not to:
Hire or directly engage Sitting Pretty Agency staff for 12 months post-project.
Copy, reproduce, or resell proprietary frameworks or systems.
Breaches may result in legal action and financial penalties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of New Mexico courts.
